Dr. Hsueh pursued a nationally and internationally renowned fellowship in Rhinology, Sinus, and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery with Dr. Jean Anderson Eloy at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He now serves as a director for the fellowship program.

Dr. Hsueh’s specialized training sets him apart, with extensive experience in medical conditions like chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, allergy, aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease, and nosebleeds. A leader in functional and advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, nasal valve surgery, and more, he has published extensively on these topics with state-of-the-art reviews and multiple book chapters. Currently serving as an associate editor for the Annals of Otology, Rhinology & Laryngology, Dr. Hsueh’s patient-centered approach emphasizes education, active dialogue, and shared decision-making throughout the treatment process.
