Dr. Keith continued his training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center–one of the oldest and most prestigious plastic surgery training programs in the country. He participated in the country’s first bilateral hand transplantation and worked with luminaries in the field of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. His work on the topic has been published in peer reviewed journals.
In 2012, Dr. Keith was selected to be the 2012 Stephen S. Kroll fellow in Microsurgery and Perforator Flaps in Gent, Belgium under the tutelage of microsurgery pioneer, Professor Phillip Blondeel.
